I began to have the following thougts which obviously were not mine: "This is it, there is nothing left for me here. I have to move on. I have hurt myself, my family and everyone around me. This is not the life that I planned for or intended. The pain is much to much to bear." The pain was so incredibly strong and intense during this moment I do not know how anyone could bear it. The next feelings were ones of release, a feeling of going into the heavens and being free of the earthly body. Several hours after this episode I heard of the death and new immediatly that these were Ken Lays last thoughts and feelings. I had no reason to have these myself.
